We all know that it’s the amazing team of suppliers that bring our couples’ plans to life, so we’ve compiled some helpful information to help the preparation and day itself run as smoothly as possible!

Our office hours are Monday to Saturday 9am-5pm, and on Event days between 9am-Midnight

We share an entrance with Cattle Country Farm Park, look out for the large Barn at Berkeley sign. Please enter the car park, bear right and then enter the Barn Car Park via the double wooden gates (if they’re closed, open them!)
From the Barn Car Park you can drive into the Courtyard under the fairy lights to unload with easy access to the venue. All vehicles must be moved from The Courtyard before our couples and their guests are due to arrive

Couples can set up the day before the event, ideally between 1pm and 4pm, for suppliers we can offer more flexibility if needed. Please agree approximate arrival times with our team so that we know when to expect you
If we have another event and this is not possible you can access the venue from 9am on the day.

Our standard hire ends at midnight. We ask that all suppliers and guests are safely off the premises by 12.30am at the latest
Please agree a time for breakdown/collection the following day with our team. If we have another event this will need to be before 9am

Lit candles must be in a suitable holder and should not drip wax on tablecloths
If you’re decorating our ceiling wheel lights in The Barn, you will need to bring your own large ladder and a second pair of hands with you (please never attempt to access these on your own)
The venue team are not responsible for taking down any floral installations including the ceiling wheels or beam above the fireplace
Please be mindful of any mess left over from decorating and ensure any ceiling decor is in place before our tables are dressed and set. We have dustpans and brooms that you can use
If you’re leaving crates for tableware please make sure that these are clearly labelled so that our team can fill them during the event

Please organise an arrival time with our team which coincides with the end of the wedding breakfast/room turnaround.
Music ends promptly at 12am unless agreed in writing. We love a good party, but as a courtesy to our neighbours (and for the enjoyment of guests) we do monitor sound levels within the venue and have a limit of 95db
We require equipment is PAT tested. If using trailing cables, please provide suitable cable covers/protectors. Please do not obstruct fire exits or doors
We require a copy of your Public Liability Insurance Documents prior to the event date
Sometimes we might ask for announcements to be made during the evening. For example the cake cutting, evening food being served, and last orders at 11.30pm with the bar closing at 11.45pm

Please let your couple know if you would like to be fed and any dietary requirements as soon as possible. We will always endeavour to provide a dressing room/quiet space for you to use during the day
Soft drinks are available throughout the day from The Bar
