Twilight Wedding Parties

6pm to midnight

Our Twilight Wedding Package is perfect for couples getting married elsewhere; it could be a destination wedding or intimate ceremony, either way we’ve got the perfect space for family and friends to celebrate together with a party!

Twilight hire includes:

• Hire of The Barn from 6pm to midnight with your welcome drinks reception in The Parlour £2,000

• Optional hire of The Loft for a civil ceremony or blessing within the 6pm to midnight hire period £500

• A Welcome Drink, Canapés & takeaway-style Evening Food £25 per guest

• Access to The Barn for you and your suppliers to decorate from 1pm to 3pm

• Optional hire of The Hen House to get ready in from 3pm to 6pm £350

Please note:

• Twilight Wedding Parties do not include a Top Table or seated Wedding Breakfast

• The Evening Food is served takeaway-style to all of your guests. You will need to select 3 Canapes, and one option from our Evening Food menu, up to 6 months before your event

• We provide party-style seating which would typically be 4 round tables each seating 8 informally to encourage your guests to spend more time on the dancefloor celebrating with you!

• The Garden is available for your drinks reception until 7.30pm. Your guests can enjoy The Courtyard until midnight. We kindly ask that you respect this on the day

• We take bookings for Friday Twilight Parties up to 1 year in advance and Saturdays up to 6 months in advance. Our team can advise on available dates

• We ask that you take your decorative items with you at the end of the night. Suppliers can arrange collection of hired items directly with us, ideally during office hours

• Payment Terms: To secure your Twilight date we require a non-refundable deposit of £2,000. 50% of your balance is due three months before your event, and your final balance is due one month before

• We take a £500 refundable damages deposit to protect against loss or damage during the event
