All of our food is freshly prepared by our in-house chefs and our menu changes seasonally. We’re really proud to say that the beef, pork and lamb on our menu comes from here on Berkeley Heath Farm too.

We know how important it is that you and your guests are well fed, so from the moment you arrive, right through to ‘carriages’ we’ve got a package to suit your day.

£70 per guest includes a Welcome Drink & Canapés at your drinks reception, then Main Course, Pudding, Toast Drink, Tea & Coffee for your Wedding Breakfast

  • Berkeley Heath Farm beef Wellington. Beef fillet, wrapped in mushroom duxelles & puff pastry

    Beer-braised Berkeley Heath Farm beef croquette served with roasted garlic & chive mayonnaise

    Crispy tempura king prawn served with a chilli, soy & coriander dipping sauce

    Double Gloucester cheese and thyme scone with vine tomato & balsamic chutney

    Chilled shot of lightly-spiced gazpacho

    Pork & black pudding quail scotch egg served with sriracha mayonnaise

  • Beef carpaccio served with a rocket and pear salad, dressed with chimichurri sauce & candied pistachios

    Pressed pork belly served with crackling, a shaved fennel salad & roasted apple purée

    Home oak-roasted salmon served with charred asparagus, seeded granary bread and lemon & dill mayonnaise

    Salad of prosciutto ham, grilled peach and burrata, served with chilli & basil pesto 

    Panzanella salad with heritage tomatoes, roasted red pepper, olives, toasted focaccia, basil and topped with Grana Padano shavings

  • Roast sirloin or ribeye from Berkeley Heath Farm beef served with chateau potatoes, buttered asparagus and a beef & thyme jus 

    Herb crusted chump of lamb, slow-cooked shoulder, roast garlic mashed potato, crushed minted peas and a rosemary & redcurrant jus

    Roast pork loin with crackling served with sauté new potatoes, creamed savoy cabbage with pancetta & a cider cream sauce

    Spiced vegetable tagine served with a mixed herb, pomegranate and pistachio couscous and a garlic and coriander flatbread 

    ‘Tasting Menu of Berkeley Heath Farm Beef’ - Roast fillet, braised beef fritter, mini cottage pie, shallot puree and tender stem broccoli served with a red wine Jus (supplement £4.95 per head)

  • ‘Strawberries and Cream’ - vanilla bean panna cotta with strawberry jelly, macerated strawberries and crushed meringue pieces 

    Dark chocolate and orange torte, with raspberry sorbet, and a white chocolate popping candy crisp

    Lemon and blueberry trifle - lemon curd, blueberry compote, limoncello soaked sponge and Chantilly cream topped with toasted almonds 

    Warm black cherry and almond frangipane tart with Griottines cherries, served with Amaretto ice cream

  • Our evening food is served takeaway-style to all of your guests and can be adapted to suit any dietary requirements.

    Homemade beer battered market fish served with rustic chips, fresh tartare sauce and lemon (max 120 guests)

    Pulled Pork

    Tender pieces of pork served in a roll with stuffing and apple sauce

    Pulled Lamb

    18-hour pulled lamb served with warm flatbread, pickled red onion, lemon and coriander hummus and tzatziki

    Beef & Chickpea Madras

    Spiced beef and chickpea madras with pilau rice, chargrilled naan, mango chutney

    ‘The Barn Burger’

    Hobbs House Bakery ultimate seeded burger bun, chargrilled 100% beef burger, bbq pulled beef, Monterey Jack cheese, baby gem lettuce, plum tomato and burger sauce

    Loaded Fries

    Skin on fries topped with BBQ brisket, jalapeños, Double Gloucester cheese, sour cream and crispy onions

The Bar

We have a well-stocked, licensed Bar in The Barn and The Parlour, and a Wine List hand picked by the experts to perfectly pair with our menus.
