Hire of The Barn and Courtyard from 7pm to midnight
Party Venue hire is £750 May to October 2025, £250 November 2025 to April 2026
Takeaway-style evening food £10 per guest
Access to the venue from 6pm to decorate
Bottled beer, wine & prosecco can be purchased in advance for your guests, and our Main Bar will be open throughout the evening

Use of the The Loft, The Parlour & The Garden are not included and cannot be added to a party package, sorry
We do not offer party hire for wedding celebrations. Please see our Twilight Wedding Party package if you are looking for something more relaxed, but just as special!
Due to the size of our venue, we have a minimum of 80 guests for a party
We ask that you take your decorative items with you at the end of the night. Any suppliers can arrange collection of hired items directly with us, ideally during office hours
Payment Terms: To secure your party date we require a non-refundable deposit of your venue hire fee. £750/250. 50% of your balance is due three months before your event, and your final balance is due one month before
We take a £500 refundable damages deposit to protect against loss or damage during the event
We take Friday bookings up to 1 year in advance and Saturday bookings up to 3 months in advance
